Service has been excellent, but the real beauty are the knives. Knife quality and design are first class. They are a pleasure to hold. For a steak, I will use nothing else. The leather clutch adds to the enjoyment. The leather is soft, with a wonderful aroma, practical, and nicely made. The knives in the clutch make an unusual, but always welcome, wedding gift.
